NCLM's Council Academy is a useful and important training for both new and experienced elected officials.
This training provides a deeper look into the roles and responsibilities of council members and municipal governing boards. In this course, you will learn the fundamentals and be able to immediately practical information to your position, identify the challenges of municipal governance, and begin effectively leading your municipality.
