Hotel Reservation Deadline: August 25, 2025

**Registrants can reserve a hotel room AFTER they have completed the conference registration process. Once registration has been completed, the registrant will receive a confirmation e-mail that will include information on how to reserve a hotel room.
Crowne Plaza Resort Asheville

Room Rate: $149 plus applicable taxes
Hotel check-in after 3:00pm on September 17 and hotel check-out is before 11:00am on September 18, 2025. There are a limited number of rooms available on Tuesday, September 16 for those who must drive long distances to reach Asheville.
All guest rooms at the Crowne Plaza Asheville are non-smoking. Guests who choose to smoke in any rooms of the hotel may be charged additional fees.
All guest rooms include complimentary on-site parking, Wi-Fi and access to the fitness center.
Please be vigilant if dealing with any companies or services other than NCLM, or the Crowne Plaza Asheville, that may imply or claim an affiliation with NCLM or the NC Mayors Association. Reservations made through any other agency, website or third-party booking program will be at your own risk and may not include the aforementioned amenities or benefits. If you are contacted by a housing company attempting to sell hotel rooms, please notify NCLM at events@nclm.org.
Conference and Cancellation and Refund Policy
To cancel your registration, contact events@nclm.org no later than August 26, 2025 to qualify for a refund. We must give guarantees to the conference facility, and they will charge us even if you cancel; therefore, no refunds for meals and events can be made after August 26, 2025. Please review the hotel's cancellation policy in regard to your room reservation.
