2023 Clerks (NCAMC) Annual Summer Conference Sponsorship

Note - Please read carefully before proceeding with this registration

If you are the point of contact and are also attending, please register yourself as the 1st comp registrant, when proceeding through the registration process. Then continue to add each comp or additional registrant based on your sponsorship level. 

The North Carolina Association of Municipal Clerks will be hosting our Annual Conference, August 24-26, 2023 at the Wilmington Convention Center, Wilmington, NC

We are pleased to invite you to participate as an exhibitor/sponsor at our upcoming conference!  The products and services your company offers, are of valuable interest to the work performed by local government, Municipal Clerks. You are invited to exhibit Thursday, August 24th through Saturday, August 26th. This will provide an opportunity for you to interact with attendees during scheduled meal and break times.  These special networking times are scheduled with exhibitors each day, immediately following the conference training sessions. 

• Thursday, August 24th - Attendees are encouraged to take the opportunity to visit exhibitor/sponsor during scheduled breaks and meals.  There will be an exhibitor reception/social, with light hor d'oeuvres, immediately following the last session of the day. 
• Friday, August 25th - Exhibtors are welcome to join the offsite, Friday evening event! This event will be a great networking opportunity!
• Saturday, August 26th - Attendees are encouraged to visit exhibitors one final time before booths are removed by noon, during move-out.  We also welcome exhibitors to attend the Saturday night banquet for an additional networking opportunity!

**For those staying at the host hotel, complimentary made-to-order breakfast is provided by the Embassy and included with your stay (see agenda).

This website establishes sponsorship and provides registration for your attendees. We request Visa or Mastercard payment through our conference management support team at the North Carolina League of Municipalities. On this sponsor site you can:

a) select your sponsorship level;

b) enter the complimentary registrants(s) you wish to register for this conference;

c) add additional registrants at a fee if you choose;

d) submit payment by credit card.

e) sponsor registration deadline is July 24th.
