Welcome to the North Carolina Government Finance Officer Association Conference, in beautiful Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina! On behalf of the NCGFOA Board of Directors, thank you for joining us at the 2023 summer conference.
It was great to see so many familiar faces at the Spring Conference this past March as well as the new faces of those joining us for the first time. Your Board is excited to greet you all once again this summer at the beautiful Lumina on Wrightsville Bech a Holiday Inn Resort.
