The purpose of this webinar is to help you define the term “obligation” and how that impacts what your government is required to do to enter into said obligation. The pre-audit process is defined in detail, and differentiated from the disbursement process, with significant discussion around both processes and the related required documentation. The webinar also discusses the internal controls around disbursements as well as some best practices.
