Utility Management Best Practices - Live Webinar, Nov. 2

In partnership with NC Division of Environmental Quality, this training provides an important overview of our utilities, covering topics such as water and wastewater system basics and the value of utility viability. In this course, participants (elected officials and utility staff) will undertake four modules related to the utility management best practices.

These four modules are:

  • Utility Management Basics
  • Infrastructure Best Management Practices
  • Organizational Best Management Practices
  • Financial Best Management Practices 

Participants will have two opportunities to attend the live meeting: Oct. 23 and Nov. 2. 

Note: Before registering, please complete NCLM's Utility Management Best Practices.
