Please join the NCLM President Scott Neisler, the Executive Committee and Executive Director Rose Vaughn Williams for a reception honoring North Carolina’s municipal officials during the NLC’s Congressional City Conference. The reception will take place Sunday, March 26, 2023, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Ciel Social Club in Washington, DC.
We are excited to welcome you to the Ciel Social Club for this year’s reception. It is a quick 5-minute walk from the conference hotel, and provides beautiful, nearly 360-degree views of downtown DC, including the Washington Monument and US Capitol.
The event is FREE for municipal officials, spouses and guests. Pre-registration is required.
