Hotel

The Beaufort Hotel is currently sold out.  Please take this into consideration prior to registering. Overflow rooms are secured at the Bask Hotel - Big Rock Landing (see below for additional information.)  You are welcome to check with the Beaufort Hotel to see if there have been any cancellations. 

Registrants can reserve a hotel room after the conference registration process has been completed.  Hotel reservation info can be found in the registration confirmation e-mail. Room block deadline is 5:00pm, Monday, July 15th, 2024.

Beaufort Hotel (host) Sold Out!

• Room Rate: $289 per night + tax (available 2 days before & 2 days post con, based on availability.
• July 15th - Room block cut-off date (Last day to secure a reservation at the group rate.)
• Group block dates: check-in Thursday, August 1 and check-out Sunday, August 4. The group block does not include a Wednesday check-in. 
• Parking Fees: Valet parking is included in the room rate (1 vehicle per room).  Complimentary self-parking is also available at a nearby lot for any additional vehicles. (see valet attendants or front desk at check-in for further instruction.)

Bask Hotel - Big Rock Landing

• Room Rate: $269 per night + tax
• July 15th: Room block cut-off date (Last day to secure a reservation at the group rate.)
• Group block dates: check-in Thursday, August 1 & check-out Sunday, August 4.  The group block does not include a Wednesday check-in. 
• Parking Fees: Overnight parking is $7.00 per night.
