Event Information

Frequently Asked Questions:

To cancel your registration, contact events@nclm.org, no later than Monday, July 15 in order to qualify for a refund. We cannot honor refund requests after this deadline. Please review the hotel's cancellation policy in regard to your room reservation.

Conference Attire is casual. Sundresses & collared shirts are a popular choice for evening events. You decide!

Valet parking is included in the room rate at the Beaufort Hotel. Complimentary self-parking is also available at a nearby lot. (see valet attendants or front desk at check-in for further instruction.) Bask Hotel is $7.00 per night.

Guest payments can be made using a second credit card during the checkout process. Please take note of the separate cost for your guest(s) and be prepared to divide the costs between your credit cards on the final checkout screen. Another tip is to print your order summary for accurate credit card distribution amounts on the final checkout screen. Your confirmation e-mail will also show an itemized break-down of charges.

The Beaufort Hotel is currently sold out. Please take this into consideration prior to registering. Overflow rooms are secured at the Bask Hotel - Big Rock Landing (see below for additional information.) You are welcome to check with the Beaufort Hotel to see if there have been any cancellations.

Registrants can reserve a hotel room after the conference registration process has been completed. Hotel reservation info can be found in the registration confirmation e-mail. Room block deadline is 5:00pm, Monday, July 15th, 2024.

Room Rate: $289 per night + tax (available 2 days before & 2 days post con, based on availability.
July 15th - Room block cut-off date (Last day to secure a reservation at the group rate.)
Group block dates: check-in Thursday, August 1 and check-out Sunday, August 4. The group block does not include a Wednesday check-in.
Parking Fees: Valet parking is included in the room rate (1 vehicle per room). Complimentary self-parking is also available at a nearby lot for any additional vehicles. (see valet attendants or front desk at check-in for further instruction.)

Room Rate: $269 per night + tax
July 15th: Room block cut-off date (Last day to secure a reservation at the group rate.)
Group block dates: check-in Thursday, August 1 & check-out Sunday, August 4. The group block does not include a Wednesday check-in.
Parking Fees: Overnight parking is $7.00 per night.
