Guest payments can be made using a second credit card during the checkout process. Please print your order summary for accurate credit card distribution amounts on the final checkout screen. Your confirmation e-mail will also show an itemized breakdowon of charges.
What is the NCLM Refund Policy?
To cancel your registration, contact events@nclm.org no later than July 7th to qualify for a refund. We must give guarantees to the conference facility, and they will charge us even if you cancel; therefore, no refunds for meals and events can be made after July 7th. Please review the hotel's cancellation policy in regard to your room reservation.
Is Shuttle Service Available?
Shuttle service is available between the Holiday Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites and Hilton Garden Inn.
