Please Note: Username is not necessarily your email address. If you have forgotten your username please use the password reset process and enter the email address that is associated with your NCLM.org account. This will allow you to reset your password and you will be able to see your username as well.

2. Add your email address
3. Enter the first few letters of your municipality/company where you work to find a match. Do Not Add City of, Town of, Village Of in front of the name of your municipality.
4. You can then add yourself as an employee of the existing town/company
5. Under address, enter your work address.
If you are unable to find your municipality, organization, or business please email us at crm@nclm.org with your name, email address, phone number, and company information so we can assist in creating your account.
If you work for an existing NCLM member organization or business partner, your contact information may already be in our system. Please use password reset process and enter the email address that is associated to your NC League of Municipalities account. Going through this process will send you an email to reset your password and will also show you your current username.
If you forgot your password, we can send you a link to reset it using the "Forgot My Password" option below.
